Boot is A Challenging Addition

A good crows was on hand, on and off the track as the Warriors of the Monday Night Aero Thunder Series attacked the long version of Watkins Glen for the road course portion of the season. Running the “Boot”, something not done since the F1 days proved to be a challenge.
7 of the 12 starters finished the race, marred by broken gears, motors, and some close encounters of a barrier type. Leading 20 of the 32 laps, OGR Outlaw took his second straight Aero victory, besting second place, -ECT-REDCHEVY by over a minute. The reaminder of the Top 5 were: Ken Hayes, -ECT-BAmbroceo, and -ECT-FDIESEL95.
The next race for the Warriors is Monday the 10th at Bristol. Gates open at 7:30p easterm, with Qualifying approximately an hour later.
