Bobby Sweeney held off defending winner Matt Corliss and came away with the big win in the 2nd Annual World 100 at Eldora Speedway.
Febuary 12th we will be running the 2nd annual ECT World 100. We will use the cws st truck mod, so get them painted up. Eldora 2011 will be the track, you can get it RTG under crazys dirt tracks. This will be a free event, to lock in to the event you must be in the top 10 in points in either the Late Model or Modified division. Those who wish to run that are not in the top 10 will have to run a last chance qualifying race at 8:30pm that night. We will only start 20 positions, that goes for the last chance race also. You must sign up in the forums, If you dont sign up you cant race. NO Exceptions! If more than 20 sign up that are not top 10 in points, the first 20 to sign up will be locked into the last chance race. If less than 20 show up then there will be practice until the race starts at 9pm. Last chance race will be 50 laps. The feature will be 100 laps. This is a 2 cause caution and park race. Yep folks, thats right, The DIRTcar Series heads to Oswego Speedway tonight, as the 358 Modifieds and the Late Models try there hand on some asphalt. With this being the first time ever Thursday night Asphalt race with dirt cars, it should make things interesting as the dirt series drivers are working hard to get into the top 10 in series points to lock into the upcoming 2nd Annual ECT World 100 which will be held Feb. 12th. Will we see some asphalt stars enter into this event or will the toughness of the dirt guys keep them away. Find out tonight. Server is up NOW! Racing starts approx. 8:45pm.
